Silent Fore to Aft is an experimental film that charts Tom Pope and Terry Smith’s seven-day journey between London and Brighton by tandem bicycle. Strict rules were applied to the journey, including not speaking or communicating to each other, thus transforming the act of collaboration and the making of a film into a performative event.
